This forum follows a complex year for oils and fats surrounding global demand and supply, rising food prices and food insecurity worldwide, the high and low of commodity prices, challenges for trans fat reformulations, challenges for bio-fuel and passage of new legislations affecting food and energy and the changing dynamics affecting the oils and fats market.
