CRUDE palm oil futures prices on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended
easier following bearish external factors, a dealer said.
However,
anticipation of lower output capped further losses, he said.
May
2010 and June contract edged down RM2 each to RM2,558 and RM2,534,
respectively, while July 2010 shed RM4 to RM2,519 and August slipped
RM11 to RM2,514.
Volume dwindled to 15,151 lots versus 17,263 lots on Thursday and open
interest narrowed to 65,625 contracts from 65,689 contracts yesterday.
On
the physical market, May South added RM10 to RM2,570 a tonne.
