Palm Oil Industry Leadership Award (PILA) was initiated in 2008 with an aim of giving recognition to an individual, whose leadership contributions, in the form of corporate governance, innovations, policy change etc. have impacted the palm oil industry in a major way and often resulted in measurable benefits for the industry. Past recipients include YABhg Tun Dr Lim Keng Yaik and YM Raja Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Utama Muhammad Alias Raja Muhammad Ali.
