JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preference for the candidate with Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years audit or commercial accounting related experience, preferably with group consolidation.
- Well-versed in financial reporting, with strong knowledge of MFRS.
- Good command of English and Bahasa.
- Proficient in handling Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good interpersonal, negotiating, time management and leadership skill.
- Able to communicate with all levels of people.
- Well organized, detailed, analytical, systematic and conscious on time, cost and quality.
- Trustworthy in keeping company’s confidential matters and trade secrets.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To report directly to Senior Accountant or/and Assistant General Manager (AGM), FGA.
- To Review and validate monthly financial reports submitted by Regional Managers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the company standards. Details of the area are as follows:
- Budget Adherence: Monitor and address variances between financial reports and established budgets in collaboration with regional offices:
- Procedure Compliance: Ensure financial reports adhere to company policies and provide guidance for corrective action when necessary;
- Communication: Collaborate with Regional Managers to enhance financial report accuracy and compliance, offering support and addressing issues;
- Fund Transfer Oversight: Coordinate and manage international fund transfers, liaising with bankers to meet regulatory requirement while minimizing financial risks.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and anomalies, offering insights and recommendations for improved financial performance.
