PINC 2015, international conference (a 2-days event) would be held to help create greater awareness and understanding on palm oil nutrition and palm bioactive ingredients and their uses in food and cosmetics applications. This would be targeted for both local and international researchers, manufacturers, retailers/pharmacies, nutraceutical/cosmetics formulators, and the academia. In addition, it would serve as a platform for updating and discussing new updates on palm oil nutrition particularly on fatty acid metabolism in human and also new research findings among palm bioactive researchers in attendance.

The event would also target to sponsor 50 local and international participants from 4 different professional groups. Namely, medical doctor, pharmacist, researcher and journalist to increased their knowledge and awareness on palm oil nutrition and the application of palm bioactive ingredients in food and cosmetic products. Upon completion of the program, sponsored participants will be encourage to promote and use palm based bioactive ingredient in their line of work in their respective countries. They would also be encouraged to contribute positive articles related to palm bioactive ingredients in journals, electronic media and internet blogs.
