Palm Oil Prices Seen at RM2,400 in Q1 2010

Malaysian palm oil prices will rise to RM2,400 a ton in the first quarter of 2010 after having bottomed out at about RM2,020, Dorab Mistry, director of Godrej International Ltd., said in comments prepared for delivery at a conference in Guangzhou. Mistry also said that Malaysian palm oil stockpiles will reach 2.1 million metric tons by the end of December. — Bloomberg Source : Business Times
