Palm Oil Trade Fair And Seminar 2008, Nanjing, China

The Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC) is pleased to announce the 2nd International Palm Oil Trade Fair & Seminar (POTS 2008) that will be held on 16 – 17 October 2008 at the Grand Metropark Hotel, Nanjing, China.

China’s economy has been more integrated into the global economy. Sustained growth of demands for global oils and fats products will definitely drive and promote rapid development of crushings in Asia and the world at large.

This October in Nanjing, elites of oils and fats industries from around the world will gather to discuss on economics development, technologies, trade and international cooperations as well as sensitive issues in the oils and fats industries.

The theme for this year’s event is “Impacts and Challenges of Economic Globalization on Oils and Fats Processing and Trade”. Experts from home and abroad will deliver keynote speeches and officers from domestic administrative department will introduce the future strategies and relevant policies for the development of oils and fats industries in China.
